We provide Early Stage Involvement to our customers. During the part design stage, our tooling engineers provide expertise to your product engineer on part design. Help them to choose the resin, decide the proper wall thickness and draft angle to satisfy the demoulding requirement, we help to simplify the part design and make the part mouldable. 

We will review DFM reports from the mold builders before we submit the reports to customers and provide our expertise as well. We will communicate with your product engineer about the DFM reports to make sure the part designs mouldable.
