Honor in China team:

Eric Wang who is general manager at Fimmcat was majored in High Polymer Material in Shanghai University and achieved MBA-Master of Business Administration from 2009 to 2012 in Shanghai University. He has more than 9 years tooling design experience in medical,consumer goods, packaging, automotives and electronics. Before established Fimmcat, he worked as a senor tooling engineer in Schneider Electric to mange the mold development for 5 years and as tooling manager in Rain Bird Asia to manage mold making suppliers in China and qualify molds from Rain Bird North America for 10 years. Eric Wang is also Master Molder I and Master Molder II certificate holder from RJG.  

Honor in our alliance in America:

Jorge Sandoval is leading a engineering team in Mexico as our strategic alliance in America. He is certificated as a Master Molder I, Master Molder II, Train-the-Trainer and Design of Experiments for molding by RJG in North America. 

With 25 years of experience in the plastic industry, Jorge Sandoval has worked as a process engineer and engineering manager in various medical and electronic companies. He holds a degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering from the University of Guadalajara. He has extensive experience in training technicians and engineers in scientific molding across different companies. 

Additionally, Jorge Sandoval has a wealth of experience in medical validations IQ,OQ and PQ. He is also certificated in Root Cause Analysis and Black Belt.
