The designated mold identification number shall be supplied by customer's Tooling Engineer.  

All Class #101, #102, #103, and #104 molds shall be identified with the following information engraved/stamped onto side or top of mold or by an identification plate attached to the side or top of mold:

Customer’s Part Number(s)

Customer’s Mold Number 

Number of Cavities

Mold Manufacturer Name

Mold Manufacture Date

Mold Dimensions (L x W x Stack / inches) 

Mold Weight, (pounds)
