We use scientific molding technology to qualify every tool before it goes to customers. We are not going to sacrifice the molding process to compromise the tool quality. Via scientific molding studies, we find out all tool issues and urge mold makers to improve tool and solve the issue from the source. When tools are transfered to customer, the tool has wider process windown and easy to qualify with a robust molding process.
